The Service at topotopic.com is operated from Austria ("TopoTopic", "we", "us"). The company that will operate it is being formed and is not yet entered in the commercial register, and no VAT identification number has been assigned.

The name and geographic address of the present operator are being added to this notice. Until they appear here, write to support@topotopic.com and we will give you the operator's name and an address for service.

support@topotopic.com is the address for every matter: support, privacy requests, reports of unlawful content, copyright notices, security reports, and service of legal notices.

TopoTopic stores content at the request of its users and is a hosting service under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). The address above is our single point of contact for member state authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11) and for users of the Service (Article 12). You can write to us in English or German.

TopoTopic is an independent service. A person or organization that funds, hosts, advises, reviews, employs a contributor to, or otherwise supports TopoTopic does not operate the Service, is not a party to the contract with its users, and does not guarantee it, unless this Legal Notice names that person or organization as operator. Do not present TopoTopic as affiliated with or approved by anyone this Legal Notice does not name.

A company is being formed in Austria to take over the operation of TopoTopic. The Terms of Service explain how the contracts with users pass to that company. After the transfer this notice will show the company's name, registered office, register number and court, and VAT identification number.

TopoTopic is a web application for capturing, organizing, retrieving and learning from your own recordings, documents, links and notes, and for working on them and talking with other people. This website informs about the Service and provides it. It follows no political or ideological line. The Service is in beta; the Terms of Service set out the conditions of use.

If you have a complaint, write to support@topotopic.com and we will try to resolve it with you directly. We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer alternative dispute resolution body. Your right to bring proceedings before the courts, including the courts of your country of residence where consumer law gives you that right, is unaffected.
