The Service at topotopic.comis operated and provided by the current pre-incorporation TopoTopic operator ("TopoTopic", "we", "us"), based in Austria.

Contact for all matters, including legal-service requests, privacy requests, abuse reports, and support: support@topotopic.com. Verified legal-service requests may ask for the current service address through that contact channel. Final registered-entity details will be published here when incorporation is complete.

This address is also our single point of contact for communications from member state authorities, the European Commission, and users under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), to the extent that regulation applies to the Service. Communications may be submitted in English or German.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, no outside person or organization connected with developing, supporting, facilitating, hosting, funding, reviewing, advising on, or providing services to TopoTopic operates, endorses, funds, supervises, guarantees, or accepts liability for TopoTopic.

Users must not present TopoTopic as affiliated with, sponsored by, supervised by, or approved by any such person or organization unless TopoTopic has published that relationship in this Legal Notice or confirmed it in writing.

These fields are stated as pending rather than omitted: TopoTopic is pre-incorporation and pre-revenue, and the entries will be replaced with the registered details of the Austrian entity once formation completes.

TopoTopic is in the process of incorporating in Austria. Until incorporation is complete, your contract is with the current pre-incorporation TopoTopic operator identified in this Legal Notice.

After incorporation, we may assign legal agreements to the newly formed entity, and that entity will assume the related obligations. This notice, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy will be updated with the final entity type, register number, and VAT details once issued, and material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance in the product.

TopoTopic is a web application for capturing, organizing, retrieving, and acting on workspace knowledge at topotopic.com.

The current shipped product includes surfaces such as Studio, Memo, Live, Library, Vault, Graph, Learn, and Messages, plus gated or experimental surfaces such as Newsstand, Connect, and the clustered planning view labeled Agents, together with account management and legal pages. The Service is in beta and offered from Austria; see the Terms of Service for the basic direction and conditions of the Service.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025 and is no longer available.

If you have a complaint, contact support@topotopic.com and we will try to resolve it directly. Mandatory consumer rights, including the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, remain unaffected.
