Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you can and cannot do when using TopoTopic. It applies to all use of the Service at topotopic.com, including uploads, recordings, imports, Studio, Go, Library, Vault, Graph, Learn, Newsstand, Connect, Silicon, Messages, Inbox, sharing features, and any AI-assisted features.

You are responsible for the content you submit, import, record, process, or share through the Service, including obtaining permissions where required.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

You may not upload, create, or share content that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, or violates the rights of others (including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights).
• Contains malicious code, malware, or attempts to exploit vulnerabilities.
• Includes personal information you do not have the right to disclose or process.
• Is used to harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or spam others.
• Is intended to facilitate wrongdoing, evasion of law enforcement, or fraud.
• Is used to make, automate, or materially support unlawful surveillance, credential theft, phishing, or unauthorized access.
• Contains sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate content, or instructions for evading content, safety, or abuse controls.

You may not:

• Access or use the Service in a way that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Service or other users.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
• Record, upload, label speakers in, or share audio/video of others without permission where required by law.
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or bulk-export content except as explicitly permitted by the Service.
• Send unsolicited messages, run spam campaigns, or use shared links, invitations, or collaborator flows for deceptive outreach.
• Guess, brute-force, reuse after revocation, or otherwise misuse share links, share tokens, invitation flows, or collaborator access.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except where prohibited by law.

If you use AI-assisted features, you must not use them to generate or distribute unlawful content, impersonate others, create spam, attempt to exploit model behavior, or submit content that you do not have the right to process.

You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before you rely on them or share them. Do not present AI outputs as verified facts for legal, compliance, employment, credit, medical, or other high-stakes decisions without appropriate human review.

Do not use the Service for emergency response, safety-critical workflows, or decisions that legally require a licensed professional or human reviewer.

We may investigate suspected violations. If we reasonably believe you violated this policy, we may remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, or terminate access to the Service.

We do not promise to monitor every upload, message, recording, share link, or output, and lack of enforcement in one case does not waive our right to enforce this policy later.

We may also disable share links, revoke collaborator access, preserve evidence, or place feature-level restrictions on affected workspaces or accounts while we investigate.

We may also report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

TopoTopic respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice to our copyright contact:

Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material and its location
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Where a statutory counter-notification process applies, counter-notices may be submitted through the same contact channel. We may reinstate removed content where required or permitted by applicable law.
